Our programs have been delivered at schools including St Paul's College Canberra, and we work with OSHC coordinators, sport and wellbeing teachers, and community program managers to design sessions that fit your context, age group, and goals.
Programs are run by qualified, insured instructors with Working With Children clearances. We bring all equipment.
School Incursions

Structured, Safe, and Ready to Go
A typical Action Tae Kwon-Do incursion session runs 45 to 60 minutes and covers basic Taekwondo techniques, movement games, and discipline fundamentals in an age-appropriate format. Sessions can be delivered as standalone experiences or as a progressive block over multiple weeks.
All sessions are self-contained. Our instructors arrive with all equipment. You just need a hall, gym, or open outdoor area.
We cater for groups from 15 to 60 students depending on the format. Sessions are structured around age groups and can be adjusted for mixed ability levels.
