Most of our instructors came through our childrens program. They stayed, graded, and now teach. That kind of continuity takes decades. It is why families stay for years, not terms.

Mitchell HQ our flagship facility in the North open six days a week. Kingston, our major South Side facility. Two purpose built training spaces designed for one thing, Tae Kwon-Do.

North Side, South Side, Queanbeyan, Jerrabomberra. Afternoon and evening programs at local schools across the region. Most Canberra families are within fifteen minutes of a class.
Tae Kwon-Do is one of the world's oldest martial arts. At Action Tae Kwon-Do we teach age appropriate programs for children, teenagers, and adults. Students train in patterns, self-defence, sparring, and progress towards a black belt.
The students who train here build skills including: coordination, focus, strength, agility, self-defence and discipline. Not overnight. Class by class, belt by belt. We draw on 35+ years of experience in teaching this art.
I started training here from an early age. The school gave me more than I expected. Running it is how I pay that back.
