Children, teenager and adult Programs
Action Tae Kwon-Do offers a number of different Tae Kwon-Do programs. We offer seperate 3-5 year old programs, 5-12 year old programs and adult/teenager programs. We also offer a number of lunchtime and after school programs at select schools around Canberra to make attending easy.
Our evening and Saturday classes for 3-5 years, 5-12 years and adults/teenagers run year round, during school holidays. Our lunchtime and after school classes run during the school term.
With our full time Headquarters Gym in Mitchell plus multiple locations around the North and South sides of Canberra, Queanbeyan and Jerrabomberra across 6 days a week it’s easy for you to find a centre close to home for you or your child.

Action Tae Kwon-Do Tigers is an exciting program for children aged 3-5yrs.
Tigers strengthen their gross and fine motor skills, improve their listening and learning while developing beginner martial arts.
Action Tae Kwon-Do has specific
martial arts programs for 5-12yr olds.
Children are taught martial art skills and build strength, discipline and confidence in a safe environment without the added pressure of teenagers & adults.
AFTER SCHOOL Program
We offer a number of after school programs for 5-12yrs in addition to our regular evening and Saturday classes.
These programs are held directly after school making it easy to attend.
ADULTS & TEENAGERS
Action Tae Kwon-Do’s adult & teenager programs teach high quality martial arts and self defence instruction.
Improve physical & mental strength, discipline & confidence.
