I initially started with Action Tae Kwon-Do as cross training to my already busy schedule. Turned out I really enjoyed the training, so I stuck to it and after a few years I was grading for my black belt.

Every week I would look forward to training, trying to fit as many classes as I could, and every session we would be learning something new and pushing ourselves to do better than last time.

After getting my black belt I continued training and wanted to be able to help others in their training so worked to become an instructor. As an instructor I look forward to pushing others in their training and journey through Tae Kwon-Do to better themselves.
