When I first began my training at Action Tae Kwon do, the thought of obtaining a black belt seemed like something out of a fantasy.

But here I am, not only a black belt but an instructor with my own gym of students who are now walking the same path as I did all those years ago.

To say that I am excited to pass on my knowledge to the next generation of students would be an understatement. I am determined to make all my students stronger, fitter, more resilient and more confident. To help them achieve whatever goals they may have. To turn them into warriors and their fantasies into realities.
